Gentle Grooming

Our experienced and patient groomer makes sure to treat your furbabies in the most gentle manner — talking, caressing and calming them during grooming sessions.

However, desperate times call for desperate measures. In these rare events, we use bribes like our freeze-dried treatos (it works almost all the time!).

Be assured that we do not tolerate any kind of physical maltreatment.

Daily Disinfection

Aside from air filter, we make sure to do our daily deep disinfection — cleaning our cages, table and sanitizing grooming materials. We value your furbabies' health. Thorough cleaning and disinfecting are vital in preventing the spread of diseases.

Safe Products

We use organic pet shampoo formulation that is safe for your furbabies. We also have different types of shampoo to accommodate the specific needs of each furbaby.

Fully Vaccinated

Pets should be fully vaccinated especially with Rabies.

No Ticks and Fleas

We avoid spread of external parasites to protect other furbabies.

Not in Heat

Pets in heat feel more sensitive than normal.

We do not want to exacerbate any medical condition.

No Infectious Disease/s

We prevent transmission of diseases.

Not Pregnant

Pregnant pets do not need baths unless necessary.
